Catholic Radio X 2

I am guessing that most of our readers know that we have a radio station at St. Mary's Catholic Center -
KACB 96.9FM - Aggie Catholic Broadcasting. This station is a low-power FM station that covers the Bryan/College Station area.  We have all original programming that targets a student audience.

But, I am also guessing that very few know that Bryan/College Station is going to soon have a second Catholic radio station - KEDC 88.5 FM.  This radio station is being started by a group of local Catholics who have a passion for evangelization, of course most of them are Aggie Catholics.  They believe they will go live by March and they will carry a mix of shows from both EWTN Radio and Relevant Radio.  Later they will develop a few local shows, but remain mostly the mix from EWTN and Relevant.  The group that started the station is RED-C Apostolate (Religious Education for the Domestic Church).

This is exciting, because we will probably be the smallest metropolitan area to have TWO, count them 1 - 2, Catholic radio stations - so Bryan/College Station is breaking new ground here.

Please pray for our friends at KEDC and for us here who run KACB.
